01

What was true before

Lewis Park sells rugs people keep for twenty years, out of Alberta, to buyers who compare carefully before they commit.

The business was established and the products were already good. What they wanted was a brand and a store that read with the same patience as the things they sell.

02

The decisive choices

We built the brand from the ground up. Colour, type, style, tone, vision and the feeling the whole thing should leave behind, written down so it holds everywhere it turns up.

Then we rebuilt the store in Shopify. The product page was restructured so materials, sizing and care read in the order a buyer actually asks about them, with a custom Liquid accordion holding the long form detail without pushing the buy button out of reach. Copy and strategy were ours as well.

Search and AIO run monthly, with collection pages written the way people really shop for rugs. The email programme carries the relationship on after the first order through welcome, browse, cart and post purchase flows.

03

The system after

The store is faster, the product pages carry their own weight, and the brand matches the shelf life of what it sells.

Search gains ground steadily rather than in one loud push, and email turns a single rug into a long relationship.
