These terms identify BL3SSED Inc. and use hello@bl3ssed.ca as the public contact. They govern use of this website. Paid work is governed separately by the applicable written client agreement.
These terms govern access to and use of the BL3SSED website, including its public content, pricing estimate, Scorecard, forms and links. They do not create a client relationship, a statement of work, an invoice, or a contract for creative, marketing, web or search services.
BL3SSED confirms paid work only through a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement that identifies the parties, scope, fees, timing, deliverables, approval process and any applicable terms.
The pricing estimate and Scorecard are directional tools. Their output is general information based on the selections and answers provided. It is not a binding quote, invoice, offer, professional advice, audit, promise of availability or guarantee of a commercial result.
Final scope, pricing, timing, taxes, platform costs and deliverables are confirmed only in a separate written agreement. Do not rely on a website tool result to make a financial, legal, technical or business decision without obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances.
You may use this website for lawful, personal and business information purposes. You must not interfere with site security or availability, attempt to bypass bot prevention or access controls, scrape or copy material at scale, introduce harmful code, or use the website to send unlawful, infringing, confidential third party, sensitive or misleading information.
Do not submit passwords, payment card data, government identification, health information or other highly sensitive information through a public website form. If a project requires a secure method for sensitive material, BL3SSED will agree that method separately.
You remain responsible for information, materials, claims, images, links and data you submit. By sending material through the website or by email, you confirm that you have the right to provide it for the requested conversation or response. BL3SSED does not claim ownership of an inquiry, but may use it to respond, assess fit, scope potential work, protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
Prospect and visitor information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. An inquiry does not add a person to marketing communications. Any future marketing consent will be requested separately.
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, the BL3SSED name, wordmarks, site design, copy, graphics, systems, tools, code and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law and remain the property of BL3SSED or the applicable rights holder. You receive a limited, revocable, non transferable permission to view this website for its intended purpose.
You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, adapt, reverse engineer, remove attribution from, or create competing materials from website content without written permission. A client's ownership or licence rights in paid deliverables, working files, existing BL3SSED methods, third party assets, fonts, stock, software and contractor contributions must be set out in the applicable written agreement.
BL3SSED works to provide considered, accurate and useful information. Website content, search, marketing, technology and creative work are affected by many factors outside a public website's control. BL3SSED does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, platform approval, search indexing, delivery timing, third party availability or a particular business outcome through a website statement or tool result.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation, warranty, indemnity, insurance, refund, termination or dispute term for a paid engagement must be addressed in the final client agreement.
The website may link to third party sites or services. Those destinations are provided for convenience only and are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability and security controls. BL3SSED is not responsible for a third party's content, products, services or handling of personal information.
Current site delivery and security services are identified in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. BL3SSED will update those notices if its vendor or tracking setup materially changes.
BL3SSED may change, suspend, update or remove website content or functionality for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. While the studio works to keep the site available, it cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free of error.
These terms may change when the website, vendor stack, service model or legal requirements change. The current version will identify its last updated date. Material changes will be handled in a reasonable manner before they take effect.
