Privacy policy

How BL3SSED handles information collected through its website, Scorecard, contact channels and prospective client conversations.

Last updated August 27, 2026. This policy applies to BL3SSED Inc.'s public website and prospective client interactions.

Privacy policyCookie policyTerms of service

This policy identifies BL3SSED Inc. and uses hello@bl3ssed.ca as the public privacy contact. It describes the confirmed provider categories, consent controls and personal information practices currently used or planned for the website and client workflow.

Who is responsible

BL3SSED Inc. is an Edmonton based creative studio. For questions about this policy, a request to access or correct information, or an accessibility request related to personal information, email hello@bl3ssed.ca.

Information we collect

We collect only information connected to a clear website or business purpose. Depending on the interaction, that can include contact details such as your name and email address; information you choose to include in an inquiry, including a selected need and project message; Scorecard responses, calculated score, tier, weakest areas and related follow up details; technical and security information such as IP address, browser information, device signals and bot prevention signals; and information supplied during a future client relationship, where that information is needed to scope, deliver, manage or support agreed work.

Please do not send passwords, payment card data, government identification, health information or other highly sensitive information through a public website form.

Why we use information

BL3SSED uses information to respond to inquiries, provide or follow up on a requested Scorecard, discuss and scope potential work, administer an agreed client relationship, maintain website security, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and protect the website and people who use it.

Submitting an inquiry or Scorecard does not by itself mean you consent to marketing. If BL3SSED later offers a newsletter or promotional messages, it will ask for express consent separately and provide a working unsubscribe method.

Service providers and processing outside Canada

BL3SSED uses Webflow to deliver the website and handle native forms, Cloudflare and Turnstile for security and bot prevention, and Google delivered fonts and content delivery resources. For business operations and client delivery, BL3SSED also uses Google Workspace and Drive, Notion, Alkovey, Stripe, financial institutions and Interac e-Transfer. Google and Meta services are used for analytics, advertising, search and social media operations. These providers may process technical information, contact information, booking details, project records, invoice data, payment information or submitted information outside Alberta and outside Canada, including in the United States.

BL3SSED remains responsible for information under its control and keeps an internal vendor register of provider, purpose, country, data category, account owner, access level and review status. When BL3SSED accesses a client owned Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Framer, WordPress, Google, Meta or other platform to deliver contracted work, the client ordinarily controls that account and its visitor facing privacy choices. BL3SSED records the authorized access and handles the relevant information only for the agreed service purpose.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Security and bot prevention technology may use strictly necessary cookies or similar signals. Details appear in the Cookie Policy. Google Analytics 4 is available only after an affirmative analytics choice. Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, session replay and behaviour based advertising are not currently active on the public website.

BL3SSED does not load optional Google Analytics 4 until a visitor chooses Accept analytics. A visitor can keep necessary technologies only or withdraw optional analytics through the persistent Privacy choices control. BL3SSED will not add further nonessential analytics or advertising technology until it has an appropriate consent design and updated notices.

Sharing and retention

BL3SSED does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with approved service providers only where needed for the stated purpose, with professional advisers or authorities where lawfully required, or as part of a business transaction if required by law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, the terms of an agreed client relationship, legal and accounting obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping. This applies to inquiries, Scorecards, client files, applicant data and consent records. Information is then securely deleted, anonymized, or kept only where law permits or requires it.

Access, correction and withdrawal

You can ask what personal information BL3SSED holds about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for use. Email hello@bl3ssed.ca and include enough detail for us to identify the request. We may verify identity proportionately before responding. We aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, including Alberta privacy law where it applies.

If you are not satisfied with a privacy response, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or another applicable privacy regulator.

Safeguards and incidents

BL3SSED uses safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the nature of its work, including restricted access, account security, service provider controls and secure transmission where available. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. If an incident creates a real risk of significant harm, BL3SSED will assess, contain, document and notify the appropriate authority and affected people where required by law.

Children, links and changes

This website is not directed to children and should not be used to submit a child's personal information without a parent or guardian where required. Third party links are governed by the privacy practices of their owners. We will update this policy when our services, vendor stack, tracking, legal obligations or operating practices change materially.

Let’s talk.

Three short questions. No pitch deck, no discovery call before the scope exists, and a written next step back the same day.

What needs to move?

Roughly where is the budget?

Who are we writing back to?

Your details are used to reply to this enquiry and nothing else. Read the privacy policy if you would like the full version.
